About

Otis Dixon started OSD Carriers LLC in Little Rock, AR.

This company leases owner-operators. It does not keep a company fleet and it does not put drivers on payroll.

OSD Enterprises LLC, DBA OSD Transport Services, is the brokerage. Same family. Different company, different hat, different paper.
